A car’s exhaust system is responsible for transporting the burned exhaust, or combustion gases from its engine and out the tail pipe.

Exhausts that leak or have a blocked catalitic convertor can create further serious problems. Some of the problems are loss of power, poor engine performance and heavier fuel load. A distributor is a device in the ignition system of an internal combustion engine that routes high voltage from the ignition coil to the spark plugs in the correct firing order. A bad distributor can wreak havoc on your engine.

Electronic Fuel Injection & Carburettors

Electronic Fuel Injection

Dyno Tune can repair anything from Carburettors to highly technical Fuel Injection problems. We run diagnostics to identify and repair faulty components like fuel pumps, fuel injectors, fuel pressure regulators, or even just a fuel filter.

We offer petrol injector bench flow and cleaning in an ultra sonic bath. On car decarbonising and injector cleaning is also available.

Dynamometer & Tuning

If you experience rough idling, high usage fuel, ignition problems or poor performance, you may have a tuning problem.

A Dynometer is used to perform a dyno tune. Dyno tuning is a high quality, fine tune up for your engine, providing you with the smoothest and most economical performance possible from your vehicle.


Keeping you car tuned is essential to the daily running of your vehicle. A well tuned car is more efficient in fuel and performance, avoiding unnecessary repairs costs.

Dyno Tuning with a dynameter

A dynamometer is used to simulate road conditions. It is particularly useful for diagnosing engine management problems on newer vehicles. Using the dynamometer enables the technician to pinpoint problems, for example inadequate fuel flow, poorly flowing injectors and ignition problems. The dynamometer is the only accurate means for setting up carburetor mixtures. Power readings can also be obtained to compare before and after tuning performance and gauge improvements from performance modifications.
